Building Trust For A New Market Space

Our founder, Jared Feldman recently collaborated with Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), an invite-only organization comprised of the world's most promising young entrepreneurs, to write a piece on building trust. Building trust is not an easy task, especially for a new market space such as social media analytics. There is plenty of data available but a lack of clear interpretation. What do the numbers mean? Is it relevant to what the client is asking? Many times clients don't know what they need. Rule number one is to always ask the right questions.
